Put aside issues of transoms and floors. Look down the boat at the hull, make sure the lines flow, there's been no major exterior hull repairs, and make sure the hull does not push in where it sits on the bunks or rollers. This would indicate a rotted core and delamination of the fiberglass hull from the core.
